- Weight Lifting
- Cardio, cardio, cardio
- Not buying anything junk-like
- Drinking more water
- Praying
- Eating pizza...didn't work :(
- Ordering "dressing on the side"
- No alcohol (almost)
- Can you say "portion control"?
- More cardio
- Healthy fats only
- More water
- Even more cardio
March 29th 2005: Weight - 130lbs, Mood: Weary
Things I will try in order to lose the last 4 pounds:
- Trimming my toenails
- Getting a haircut
- Wearing smaller gym clothes
- Buying ballet slippers for workouts
- Lopping off a forearm
